Peep tragically died last year at the age of 21. Even though the artist only released one album before his death, he left a lot of unheard material. Fans could hear a part of that on the recently released Come Over When Your Sober, Pt. 2.

However, there are even more songs we still haven’t heard. In a recent interview with NME, Peep’s producer Smokeasac dropped hints about some of it.

“There’s material for sure,” he reveals. “I have a decent amount of songs with him and then he has music with other producers like Harry Fraud, Diplo, and then there’s an album with iLoveMakonnen. I’m glad to be a part of that.”

Smokeasac added he has to tie up any loose ends with the late musician’s family before releasing any songs or projects.

“When the time is right we’ll release the stuff,” he says. “I speak to Peep’s mom all the time and I want to make sure that she approves of everything. … It’s a finished album vocals-wise but me and Makonnen will … finish everything off.”

The declarations led fans to believe a part 3 of Peep’s Come Over When Your Sober series might be released. Someone even added an entry on the album to Genius, including an expected 2019 release date.

Replying to a fan who sent him a screenshot of the page, Smokeasac shut down the rumors about the upcoming album.

“this is fake bullshit,” he writes. “I’m sorry to let y’all down but part 3 to cowys does not exist…”

Then, on a second tweet, the producer clarifies that, although the album doesn’t exist, “there is still unreleased music from Peep.”
