A lot of people are struggling financially right now but some companies are looking to help out and Taco Bell is here to keep taco Tuesday alive and well with a new giveaway this week.

The fast-food giant is offering customers a free Doritos Loco Taco on March 31 for anyone heading through their drive-thru tomorrow.

Every customer who goes through their drive-thru’s nationwide tomorrow is receiving a free Doritos Locos Taco whether they purchase something or not. Customers will want to act fast though as the deal is only while supplies last.

“For the past few weeks, we’ve been focused on making Taco Bell the safest place to work and eat, and now we’re giving America free tacos as a small way of saying thank you for how everyone is showing up for their communities,” said Mark King, CEO of Taco Bell.

According to People, they’ve also been giving back to the community through their charity as well as local taco trucks. The Taco Bell Foundation revealed they will be donating $1 million to No Kid Hungry which focuses on ending child hunger in the U.S. They’re also deploying their food trucks to offer food for first responders across the world.

Restaurants and bars across the world are being forced to only offer drive-thru or takeout options in the midst of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

According to Newsweek, Taco Bell is offering free food to the people most important to the battle against the virus. They’re also looking into ways to allow ambulances and truck drivers to use their drive-thru options.

“There’s a distinct group of brave people—from healthcare workers, to teachers, to grocery store employees—who are making sure the world keeps running, and we need to make sure we all do our part to take care of them,” King further explains in his statement.

“Around the world, our franchisees have committed to feeding these special individuals, and in the U.S., many of our franchisees have quickly mobilized to do the same.”

The company even ended up revealing a brief commercial for the offer. In the video, they’re explaining how they wish they could give people hugs but instead offer up a taco as a replacement.
