Vans aren’t typically seen as high fashion. They’re for skating or rocking and rolling. Well, Vivienne Westwood just changed that.
The iconic fashion design studio partnered with Vans to recreate and create six new shoe designs; they look incredible.
Vivienne Westwood X Vans is a collaboration that takes the prototypical punk shoes and gives it a splash of high fashion decor. I know what you may be thinking too. “High fashion means a high price.” Well you’re wrong because these shoes don’t cost that much more than a typical Vans. It’s not like they’re Louboutins price.

Vans is no stranger to collaborations either. As they previously just announced another popular combination they’re launching.
Thanks to HYPEBEAST, we’ve gotten to see exactly what the four styles of shoes will look like and all of the glorious detail that’s included on them.
In case you weren’t aware of the amazing news, earlier this week, Vans teased for the first time that the collection with the Tim Burton classic was happening. You can see their announcement post below.
As previously mentioned, there are four shoe styles — SK8-Hi, Authentic, Old-Skool and Slip On. Each of them are totally transformed to included The Nightmare Before Christmas characters such as Sally, Jack Skellington, the Zombie Band and more.
The Authentic style are black-and-white and are basically a collage of every character from the film mashed onto one stylish shoe. The Slip-On style takes some inspiration from Jack Skellington’s outfit, with the bow-tie bat placed front-and-center on the shoe.
The Sk8_Hi and Old-Skool styles are the ones filled with colors that just scream Halloween.
The shoes will launch next month and will cost $70 each, according to HYPEBEAST. You can see what they look like below.
