‘Guardians Of The Galaxy’ might reunite Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper

If you’re a fan of A Star Is Born, get ready to freak out — Lady Gaga is rumored to be cast in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy as Bradley Cooper’s love interest. We’re serious.

According to a report by Hollywood Life, the casting call might actually happen.

“There is a very strong possibility that Lady Gaga and Bradley will be working together again on Guardians of the Galaxy 3,” an insider said. “Only some cast names have been released but the word is Bradley will reprise his role of Rocket Raccoon and Gaga will play his love interest. Their characters are animated but still, it’s exciting. Audiences want them together and certainly everyone recognizes that appeal, they’re box office gold together, it’s very likely that this will happen.”

The alleged character is an otter from the comics named Lady Lylla. She is the heiress to a toy empire from the same planet as Rocket Raccoon.

We would freak out for two reasons, the first being simply that Lady Gaga entering the MCU is absolutely insane. Secondly, the chemistry between the two actors is undeniable, with many people shipping them in real life. This has escalated since reports surfaced that Cooper is now a single man.

The upcoming Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3, the anticipated sequel to last spring’s Vol. 2, is coming in 2020.

Speaking of A Star Is Born, Gaga won her first Oscar for Best Original Song for “Shallow.” She won after she and Cooper performed the song live and warmed the hearts of every viewer watching.

She thanked many people, including director and co-star Cooper, in her emotional acceptance speech.

Also, Gaga and Cooper had a super intimate performance of “Shallow” which you can watch below.

Earlier this year, Nerdist Presents created A Star Wars Is Born, giving “Shallow” a galactic remix we never knew we needed before now.

“We’re taking this SHIP to a whole new level in a galaxy far, far away,” Nerdist Comedy said. “When the characters of Star Wars meet the emotional medley of “Shallow” from A Star is Born we get a glimpse at a star-crossed romance between two rivals. Sit back, grab an ice cold glass of green milk, and enjoy the newest Nerdist Presents music video parody.”

We’re giving this one a solid 10/10.
