Following last year’s launch of the “Nightmare King,” Burger King is once again getting into the Halloween spirit with the launch of their new “Ghost Whopper.”

Check out the ghostly creation below!

Beginning Oct. 24, select locations across the U.S. will feature this paranormal burger for a limited time.

So what does this spooky spirited meal entail? The Ghost Whopper will feature all the goods of a regular Whopper with a white, cheddar cheese-flavored sesame-seed bun.

To help announce the Halloween-themed burger, Burger King hired Riz Mirza, a psychic medium, to produce a “spirit taste test” advertisement.

During the clip, Mirza (jokingly?) brings forth spirits to do a taste test of the Ghost Whopper.

A Burger King press release stated:

“‘It’s beyond belief to experience this taste,’ said one of the spirits. Another one affirmed, ‘It’s filth!’ Others just didn’t know what they were holding in their hands because they’ve never seen a hamburger in their lifetime.”

You can view the hilarious video below.

The Ghost Whopper will be available Oct. 24 for $4.59 in the following cities:

  • Detroit
  • Memphis
  • Philadelphia
  • Phoenix
  • San Antonio
  • San Diego
  • San Francisco
  • Savannah
  • Summerville
  • New Orleans

You can catch a glimpse of the burger below.

Earlier this year, Burger King entered the Upside Down with a Whopper created to celebrate Netflix’s Stranger Things.

Stranger Things teamed up with BK to serve Whoppers in its ‘80s style packaging and dubbed it the “Upside-Down Whopper.” And, oh yeah, they actually sold it turned upside down.

The restaurant also changed their Twitter name to “Stranger King” and their avi to be of an upside-down sandwich.

Will you be snagging a Ghost Whopper later this week? Sound off in the comments below!
