Throw it back to 2005 with Fall Out Boy’s new ‘Cork Tree’ merch
Celebrate the anniversary in style.May 1, 2020
The 15-year anniversary of one of the most important pop-punk records of all time is nearly upon us. Fall Out Boy‘s From Under The Cork Tree dropped May 3, 2005 and now, 15 years later you can grab some really cool new merch.
To celebrate the anniversary, Fall Out Boy is releasing some limited-edition items. They have everything from clothing to a puzzle and an incredibly good-looking 2LP red and black split vinyl record.
Even though we’re in the midst of a pandemic and Fall Out Boy just announced that their amazing Hella Mega Tour with Green Day and Weezer is postponed, it doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate the little things.
One of those little things is From Under The Cork Tree. The record itself is for sure not a little things as it probably influenced many of our musical tastes for the rest of our lives. It’s an absolute masterpiece, riddled with catchy hooks, soaring instrumentals and plenty of easter eggs.
But, the 15-year anniversary is a little bit of happiness we can partake in during this time.
Fall Out Boy is even being mindful of the pandemic. They’re selling a face mask with their name emblazoned across the front. What’s even cooler is that 100% of proceeds from the masks will be donated to the COVID-19 relief for Chicago via the Fall Out Boy Fund.
But it’s not just the mask. Fall Out Boy also released an incredible crew neck, t-shirt, puzzle and limited edition Double LP pressing of the album.
Check out all of the items below.

Reddit user u/immortalsauce shared a clip of the song playing through the game and we can’t even begin to imagine how long it took to put it together.
In the comments on their post, they reveal it took between 16 and 20 hours to put the song together.
“It was more time consuming than difficult for me lol it helps to have my musical background. I found something online that said how many times to hit a note block to get which note and used the repeater to keep tempo. Used the notes from the guitar and bass of the song. And used my guitar to find the notes of the melody. Start with trying just a simple chorus of a song.”
You can watch the clip below. I case you want to revisit the original, you can also listen to that below.
