Luckily, for now, Hayley Williams has been releasing plenty of solo music, just dropping her second LP, FLOWERS for VASES / descansos

In honor of all the buzz, we decided to figure out which Paramore era you are based on your personality and music taste. You can find that out below.

More on Hayley Williams

At the end of January, various cryptic clues emerged that led to speculation Hayley Williams is planning to release another solo album called Flowers For Vases. Along with her website redirecting to flowersforvases.com, fans began receiving mysterious packages from Williams with doll parts hidden inside.

Then, after debunking one Flowers For Vases Instagram page, Williams posted another cryptic clue that eventually led to the release of her new songMy Limb.” The Paramore frontwoman hand-delivered a CD of the song to a fan’s Nashville home and asked them to leak the new track to the whole world.

Of course, the release of “My Limb” led to even more speculation a full-length album is on the way. Then, Williams unveiled even more clues, including the audio of a haunting new ballad.

Then, fans seemingly discovered the release date for Flowers For Vases.  According to one source, which was shared on the r/Paramore Reddit thread, Flowers For Vases arrives Feb. 5 and has 14 tracks, including “My Limb” and “Find Me Here.” The latter song appears on Williams’ Petals For Armor: Self-Serenades EP, which was released last year. As well, some of the other reported tracks on the album are “Asystole,” “Just A Lover” and “Good Grief.”

Once Williams confirmed that date for herself, she revealed more about the project.

She also took to Instagram to give more context about the upcoming album. Although FLOWERS for VASES / descansos is arriving after Petals For Armor, it’s more of a prequel to her debut solo album.

“This isn’t really a follow-up to Petals For Armor,” she says. “If anything, it’s a prequel, or some sort of detour between parts 1 and 2 of Petals. Whatever it is, it has two names: ‘Flowers For Vases’ and ‘descansos.’”

She goes on to say that she wrote and performed all of the music on this album, a career first for her. As well, she recorded the entire LP in her home in Nashville.

“I wrote and performed this album in its entirety. That’s a career first for me. I recorded it at my home in Nashville, the home at which I’ve resided since Paramore released After Laughter.”

Williams also took the time to respond to those Paramore breakup rumors again by saying, “Yes, Paramore is still a band.”
